You may request for a refund from Touch ‘n Go from for the below issues:
- Incorrect charge in the Touch ‘n Go card
- Expired or inactive card
- Lost card
Refund is available only to registered users on Touch ‘n Go portal.
Register your Touch ‘n Go card in the portal, and you will be able to monitor your transactions, view your e-statements, update your personal details and secure your balance in the event your card gets lost/stolen.
